Refunding Cancelled Pre-Shipment Orders
Should you choose to cancel your order prior to its dispatch, we commit to refunding the entirety of your payment within 7 business days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you initially used (for example, credit card or M-Pesa).
Cancelling Orders After Dispatch
For orders cancelled post-dispatch but prior to delivery, please immediately reach out to our customer support team at sales@smartbuilders.africa or dial the helpline number listed on our website. Depending on the status of your order:
a) For items en route or out for delivery
We will request the shipment carrier to halt and return the package to us.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s) at our facility, and confirming all criteria are satisfied, we will process a refund within 7 business days, in accordance with our refund and returns policy.
b) For items already delivered
The standard returns procedure outlined in our refund and returns policy will apply.
It is important to note that any shipping costs incurred due to the cancellation of an order post-dispatch will be the responsibility of the customer.
